I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is fantastic, being so close to the Osmanbey metro station and bustling shopping streets. My room was spacious and clean, but there were persistent issues with the air conditioning that were not resolved during my stay. The service from staff was very attentive, yet the dining options could definitely use some improvement.

My experience at this hotel was quite mixed. While I appreciated the modern decor and comfortable stay with my family in a suite, the service left much to be desired, particularly during check-in. Additionally, the dining options were very limited and not up to par. Overall, the convenient location is a plus, but the noise and unsatisfactory service detracted from what could have been a great stay.
